Refund Policy for The Bright Angle

At The Ember Collective, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are processed.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Process for Returns

1. Enter your email and order number.
2. Provide a detailed description of the item and the reason for return.
3. You will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a shipping label.
4. Products must be packed with 2" of packaging around each item otherwise we will not be able to insure.
5. All returns must arrive unbroken to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs

• We strive to provide the best customer experience and want you to be happy with your purchase so we will handle the cost of the return by sending you a label.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange an item due to defects or damages, follow the return process to request an exchange on  our return/exchange portal
• The availability of replacement items cannot be guaranteed.
